With a built-up area of nearly 54,000 sq. ft., the structure includes a spacious ground floor showroom, a mezzanine level for extended display or operational functions, and a roof level for utilities or potential expansion. The architecture prioritizes open-plan flexibility, natural lighting, and customer flow—ensuring an immersive retail environment.
