The Complex is in a manmade island located in RAK. The site consists of four plots at the Island-2 which are bounded by Arabian Peninsula on west and the Murjan Boulevard on east side. It is adjacent to other future residential and beach hotel on the north side of the Island-2. The complex is composed of 5 types of building categorized according to block. Block A: Three level (G+Duplex) mixed-use building with retails shops at the ground floor and duplex apartments at the upper floor. Block B: Nine level mixed-use building with retail shops at the ground floor and duplex apartments at the upper floor. Block C: A hotel apartment (G+P+10) with commercial spaces at the ground floor and furnished apartments at the upper floors. Block D: Mixed-use building (G+2) with an anchor store at the ground floor and office spaces at the two typical floors. Block E: Mixed-use building (G+4) with an anchore store at the ground and office spaces at the four typical floors.
