Al-Attar Hotel is a four star hotel (3B+G+M+6) compromising 66 guest’s rooms, two restaurants, meeting rooms, ladies and gents salon, staff offices and services rooms. One basement is intended for parking area. The project is located close to the Dubai Creek, backside facing the water lake and two floors, having lower level from the front side. Main entrance located at the road side while restaurants, coffee shops are designed fronting the lake side. As it is situated in heritage areas facade designs have taken and reinterpreted local architectural symbolic elements emits a cultural message and deliver modern traditional architecture.
